Whether the problem is mission critical or a yearly cleaning and service, Tri-State Video Services is at your disposal to remedy all equipment service & support to repair the malfunctioning item.
Service Rates are as follows:
- Shop rate for all professional video equipment $110.00/hour. Estimate fee of one hour applies toward the repair if the estimate is approved.
- Field service rate for all professional service calls is $110.00/hour. Travel to and from the site is $55.00/hour.
- Consumer equipment shop rate is $62.50/hour, with an up-front estimate fee of $62.50. This is also applied toward the repair if the estimate is approved.
